Returns Policy

Products sold by Dirigo Software are covered by our 30-day return period, unless the software has ever been activated, with the following terms:

If a CD or USB thumb/flash drive was purchased and shipped:

All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
Dirigo Software will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
Dirigo Software is not responsible for lost returns.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
10% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.

For all purchases:

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for all refunds.
Per State of Maine regulations, any taxes refunded in this case will be calculated based on the final refund amount minus the 10% restocking fee, not the original purchase price.
Any entity who cancels an open purchase order after Late Fee and Finance Charges have been levied will not be able to place an order in the future until those fees and charges are paid in full.

Unauthorized Returns

Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 10% plus applicable shipping and handling fees. Per State of Maine regulations, any taxes refunded in this case will be calculated based on the final refund amount minus the 10% restocking fee, not the original purchase price.

Sales Policy Agreement

By placing an order at DirigoSoftware.com, a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order at DirigoSoftware.com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized Dirigo Software to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. Dirigo Software reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
