Computer Crash/Deactivation

I purchased the AR7, Recall 7 & TS 7 together back in April. Three days ago, through no fault of mine, my desktop PC crashed. I had all three programs installed on my desktop but still do on my laptop. I had no chance to deactivate the programs on my desktop before it died. Am I reading the FAQ section right? Do I need to spend another $279 to use the programs on my desktop again?

Dan,

Probably not, but that depends on what happened and what you did with the computer. If you just replaced or formatted the hard drive or motherboard (you didn't specify what "crashed") then you are fine and only need to re-install the programs and ask for new codes. If the computer is just gone then we may have a problem...
