Kelly,
I recently bought a single copy (license) of AR Pro without Recall 7 or TSB 7, at the regular price. I guess I missed the Single Saver offer, but could I take advantage of that now and pay the difference between the regular AR Pro price and the offer price for the remaining two programs? Thanks in advance.

If you can live with the CD that you were sent then yes, I will just charge the difference in price. If you need or what a new CD it would be the price difference + $20.

Hey Kelly,
I posted this a week ago................. PLEASE HELP, the Police Dept keep bugging me for a resolution!!! :?

We currently have a licence for AR Pro installed on a desktop computer, the Police officers need it installed on their laptop that they use while out on the road (wireless access to the network). They would not be using both of them at the same time but it will just make things easier for them out on the road. The activation code I have will not work as it's already in use, can I get an additional code emailed to me to make this work???

Sara, you are all set to install the latest version from my web site to their laptop and request an activation code thru the web page that shows up when you press the "Get Act Code!" button at program startup.

The default crush coefficients in 6 pt crush will not open up. Nor can I get to them through the help file. where do I go from here?

Hey, Pete!

I've had reports and have seen myself where, occasionally, the help file for AR Pro won't open. I have no idea why this is. There doesn't seem to be a programming error in the program, itself, as by far most of the time the help file DOES work. My only suggestion at this point is to close down AR Pro and reopen it. That seems to clear the way for the help file to be accessed again.

I have yet to receive my activation code and I have checked my e-mail address and my spam/junk folder and still nothing. Can you please help? Thanks
